Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all Yeoreo tags still attached before placing them in the original packaging.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
